  I live 1.5 hours from them. I called to check on a part, firstly to see whether it was in stock, and secondly, to make sure it wasn't damaged. I was informed it was in stock and undamaged. I called again the next day to confirm, and again I was assured everything was okay. Of course when I arrived, the part was damaged. Very poor service. I was amused that someone else was having issues with them when I arrived.

  I have bought parts from Abdul and his team @JCP twice now and am still impressed with their professionalism, communication and efficiency in having them ready for pick up within hours and messaging ahead. The prices are always fair and have been both times better than elsewhere I’ve looked. Thanks Abdul - my go to guy for any spare parts I need.

  Purchased some parts for my 2017 bmw $3150 when I received th parts the front bumper lip was broken and chipped taillight so contacted then and was told im painting the front bar and they will send me another taillight. First even though im painting the bar got nothing to do with broken front bar 2nd they never sent a replacement taillight. Dont buy from them if you are interstate
